Hooray! It's josh's birthday and I am psyched. Perhaps I am even more celebratory than Josh himself, but I'm okay with that. I just love the heck out of him. His gift has not arrived yet (a super sweet wood inlay backgammon board) but in the mean time I made him some delicious truffles with the almost extinct peppermint jojos and wrote him a love letter. May I please emphasize how delicious these truffles are. Truly. I didn't make that many of them specifically because I knew we would not be able to refrain ourselves.
